NewConference Control Panel
The newConference Control Panel is a unique and free feature that helps you to stay in control of your meeting. The possibilities depend on the role that you fulfil.
For participants
As a participant you are able to follow the status of the meeting during the meeting. You can see who is in your meeting and who left it. You can also see whether the meeting is being recorded.
For the chairperson
The chairperson has additional functions like adding and removing participants and controlling microphones of the participants.
How to access the Control Panel?
If you are a participant you may use the menu link Control Panel. If you are the chairperson you may login as a chairperson.
